First: Size and Length Adjustment

• You can request an adjustment to the size or length of the item as you wish.
• Adjustment fee: 65 Saudi Riyals for each adjustment.

Second: Custom-Designed Items

All items are custom-designed for you, so they cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Third: Exchange and Return in case of a Defect

• In case of a defect in the item, you can exchange or return it within two days from the date of receipt.
• The item must be unworn and unused.

 

Fourth: Choosing the Right Size

A size chart is available to help you accurately choose your size before ordering to avoid any sizing issues.
