سياسة الاسترجاع
نحرص في متجر ملتاع على رضا عملائنا وتقديم تجربة شراء مريحة وواضحة. ولهذا نوضح لكِ شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بنا:
أولاً: تعديل المقاس والطول
- يمكنك طلب تعديل على المقاس أو طول القطعة حسب رغبتك.
- رسوم التعديل: 65 ريال لكل تعديل.
ثانيًا: القطع المصممة خصيصًا
جميع القطع تصمم خصيصًا لك، لذلك لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها إلا في حالات وجود عيب مصنعي.
ثالثًا: الاستبدال والاسترجاع عند وجود عيب
- في حال وجود عيب في القطعة، يمكنك الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام.
- يشترط أن تكون القطعة غير ملبوسة ولم يتم الاستفادة منها.
رابعًا: اختيار المقاس المناسب
يتوفر جدول قياسات يساعدك على اختيار مقاسك بدقة قبل الطلب لتجنب أي مشاكل في المقاس.
At Multaa Store, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction and to providing a comfortable and clear shopping experience. Therefore, we clarify our return and exchange conditions for you:
First: Size and Length Adjustment
- You can request an adjustment to the size or length of the item as you wish.
- Adjustment fee: 65 Saudi Riyals for each adjustment.
Second: Custom-Designed Items
All items are custom-designed for you, so they cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Third: Exchange and Return in case of a Defect
- In case of a defect in the item, you can exchange or return it within two days from the date of receipt.
- The item must be unworn and unused.
Fourth: Choosing the Right Size
A size chart is available to help you accurately choose your size before ordering to avoid any sizing issues.
